Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy

A DNA (Did Not Attend) occurs when an appointment is missed without notice, or cancelled too late for the time to be offered to another patient. After three DNAs, patients will no longer be able to pre-book appointments and will be offered walk-in appointments only. Continued DNAs may result in formal removal from the practice patient list.
