We have recently completed our patient feedback survey and are pleased that 99% of patient ratings about the practice were good, very good, or excellent.
Based on your suggestions, we are endeavouring to reduce waiting times and improve access to our clinicians and nursing staff via telephone. We have also updated our home visits policy, displayed more prominent signage regarding our after-hours service, and placed brochures in the reception area.
If you feel our services can be improved, there is a suggestion box in the waiting area. If you have a complaint, please discuss this with your doctor or healthcare provider, as we believe concerns are best addressed within the practice. All concerns, suggestions, and complaints are taken seriously.
