Dr Sekhon graduated in 2001 and completed her postgraduate general practice training in the UK through the West Midlands GP VTS in Birmingham. She gained experience in internal medicine at Grampian University Hospital, Aberdeen, and completed her Obstetrics and Gynaecology GP rotation at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in Romford. She also obtained her Diploma of Family Planning from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare in London.
She completed her GP training at Northwick Park VTS in London, attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK), and was later granted Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
After working at Belmont Medical Centre in London, Dr Sekhon moved to Australia and established McCrae Village Clinic with a vision to provide personalised, comprehensive and continuing care, with a strong emphasis on patient participation in health care.
She has achieved the Certificate in Travel Health and is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine (ISTM).
She is also an accredited supervisor under the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program.
Her clinical interests include women’s and child health, preventative health, chronic disease management, mental health (particularly postnatal depression and adolescent health), and lifestyle modification programs. She believes in a holistic approach to health and strong patient health literacy.
Dr Sekhon consults in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and Bengali.
Outside of medicine, she is a proud supporter of Challenge, a non-profit organisation supporting children affected by cancer, and is a devoted mother of two young boys.
Dr Goswami graduated in 2001 and commenced his paediatric training at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool (UK). He later transitioned into postgraduate general practice training in London, working at Ealing Hospital, Middlesex.
He completed his GP training through the London Deanery VTS, attained Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (UK) in 2008, and was later granted Fellowship ad eundem gradum of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
Before moving to Australia, he worked in a large West London practice with over 12,000 registered patients.
Dr Goswami moved to Australia in 2008 and worked extensively in rural and remote Queensland for over 10 years, including Baralaba, Biggenden, Moura, Charters Towers, Barcaldine, Weipa, Boonah, Babinda, Emerald and Palm Island. His work included hospital, nursing home and general practice care, with experience managing critically ill patients.
He holds the Australian Certificate of Civil Aviation Medicine (ACCAM) and is a registered Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME).
His clinical interests include men’s health, chronic disease management, elderly care, and teaching in general practice. He is an experienced GP and an accredited educational supervisor under the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program, actively involved in registrar training.
Outside of medicine, Dr Goswami enjoys music, singing, playing the piano, chess, and is part of the Mornington Peninsula Badminton group.

Dr Ambika Katoch is an independent medical practitioner co-located at the practice, providing care to her patients.
She has worked in multiple hospitals across Australia and completed her general practice training in New South Wales in 2015.
She enjoys all areas of general practice, with particular interests in women’s health, geriatric medicine, chronic disease management and skin cancer medicine.
She performs minor surgical procedures including skin biopsies, excisions, incision and drainage of abscesses, and insertion and removal of Implanon.
Dr Cherelynn Holmes graduated from medical school in Queensland in 2020 and has since worked at Cairns Base Hospital and Peninsula University Hospital, completing a wide variety of rotations across multiple areas of medicine. She also works as a surgical assistant at local private hospitals.
She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has particular interests in women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, geriatric medicine and mental health.
Outside of medicine, Cherelynn enjoys spending time with her family and keeping active through running and walking in the fresh peninsula air. She also enjoys reading, listening to music and cooking.
Dr Holmes can consult in Afrikaans and English.
Dr Katie Khong is a medical practitioner with broad international experience across emergency medicine, critical care, paediatrics and general medicine in both the UK and Australia.
She has a strong interest in child health, preventative care, lifestyle medicine and chronic disease management, and values building long-term, trusting relationships with patients across all stages of life.
She practises in a holistic, evidence-based and patient-centred manner, with an emphasis on collaboration and shared decision-making. Dr Khong has a background in medical education and teaching, has completed postgraduate training in clinical education, and has undertaken further study in global health through Harvard University.
She is passionate about improving health literacy and supporting patients to make informed, sustainable choices about their health.
Outside of medicine, Dr Khong enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog.
