After-Hours Care

If you are experiencing chest pain, severe symptoms, or a life-threatening emergency, call 000 immediately or attend your nearest emergency department.

For any other medical concerns outside normal clinic hours, please call the clinic on 03 5981 1000. Your call will be redirected to the appropriate after-hours service.

The practice provides continuous care for its patients through a shared after-hours arrangement. The practice provides evening support, with Doctor Doctor Service and 13SICK delivering care later at night and overnight, ensuring patients have access to medical assistance 24 hours a day.

For free urgent care, patients may also attend an Urgent Care Clinic or a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic.
