Hearing Screening Test

• Duration: 30 minutes as listed on the booking portal
• Fee: No charge
• A basic screening to assess whether a comprehensive hearing test may be required. The screening itself takes approximately 5–10 minutes.

Information Consultation

• Duration: 60 minutes
• For existing hearing aid users who wish to explore their hearing aid options.
• Fee: To be confirmed with the clinic.

Referrals

Referrers are requested to send all referrals directly to the practitioner’s main rooms using a secure electronic referral system, such as HealthLink, ReferralNet or an equivalent service.

Referrals may also be sent by email or fax, where appropriate.
